Whether you are an aspiring, beginner, or intermediate screenwriter, or the best, getting stuck is always a part of writing — this three-hour workshop covers the deep well of ideas from which writers generate ideas in order to combat writer’s paralysis, strategies to build the writer's toolbox and slate, teach basic outline and story structure so writers are always building on a solid foundation, and develop a long-term view for screenwriting as a career, sending participants away with tangible resources for inspiration and seeing their ideas through. 

This course is taught by Danny Acosta, a produced screenwriter and nationally published writer. He co-wrote a feature film “Green Rush” independently, which was distributed by Lionsgate Films. His writing has appeared in Rolling Stone, KQED, and Vice.
